FAQ

I don’t have a company in Poland, can I apply?

Yes but only if you consider Poland to be one of your target markets or you plan to hire part of your team there. If you see no reasoning behind connecting your business to Poland then it would be better to look for more regional-oriented funds.

How does your investment process look like?

We usually start with reviewing the pitch deck and conversation with the founders. If we see a good fit to our policy, we go further with internal analysis and go/no-go decision. After positive decision, we go with a term sheet, due diligence and final investment committee. From the first meeting to the final IC it may takes from several weeks to several months, depending on the project.

How do you work with portfolio startups?

We concentrate on 3 pillars:

Advisory in operations

What companies are you looking for?

We look for start-ups founded by at least 2 founders who no longer see their software start-up as a side project. They got some early traction, tested MVP and plan to grow dynamically not only in Poland.
