Today we would like to announce the 1st closing of the Fund with EUR 12 m AUM. Although we start with new branding, the Fund is managed by experienced managers previously associated with: Satus Starter.

We are expanding our investment policy to include cleantech and emerging technologies such as quantum tech, while still focusing on software projects that support the ongoing digital transformation.
In the coming months we plan to finalize the 2nd closing to be able to invest over the next 4 years in up to 18 early-stage companies managed by Polish founders with global aspirations. We are currently extensively working on preparing our first investments which should be announced in Q1 2025. Founders that would like to reach us, we encourage to use the apply form:

The Fund was announced during PFR Ventures press conference. It is partially funded by European Union contribution through PFR Ventures (European Funds for Smart Economy).
