24Ventures completes second closing at PLN 82 million

24Ventures fund was announced as one of the first selected in the PFR Starter program, supported by funds from FENG. Currently the Fund’s capitalization will increase from PLN 54 million to nearly PLN 82 million.

Compared to the Fund’s announcement at the press conference organized by PFR Ventures in September 2024, we managed to increase its capitalization by nearly PLN 30 million. I would like to thank our investors for the trust they have placed in us, and I am pleased that the Fund is finally fully operational and ready to invest, said Łukasz Wąsikiewicz, Managing Partner of 24Ventures.

The basic investment ticket will range from PLN 1 million to PLN 5 million. The Fund will focus on companies in the earliest stages of development, primarily pre-seed and seed. We remain focused on digital projects that address long-term market and social trends. In Satus Starter we have invested, among others, in tech companies like Alphamoon, Cthings, Talkie and Sagenso, as well as impact companies like Foodsi and Hearme. In the next fund, we want to further explore projects that utilize artificial intelligence in specific verticals, and we are also opening up more to emerging tech, such as quantum technologies. We will be paying attention to impact companies, including cleantech, says Katarzyna Kowalczyk, who joined the Fund’s Partners.

The Fund plans to make 18 investments over the next four years. At the end of 2023, the partners completed their investment period in the Satus Starter fund. New projects have been analyzed for investment for several months. The fund has been operational since July of this year. We are currently finalizing our first investment and more are in the process. We receive many interesting projects from our network, which indicates that we have made good use of the last few years in the VC industry. Starting in September, we will be intensifying our search for new projects created by teams from Poland, said Stanisław Rogoziński, Managing Partner of 24Ventures.
