High School Founders: Early VC Mentorship

As August draws to a close and the new school year begins, the next generation of tech innovators is heading back to high school classrooms. At 24Ventures, we see those desks as the starting line for tomorrow’s startup founders. Nurturing the founder pipeline doesn’t even start with a Pre-Seed check—it begins long before, when young talent learns to think like venture-backed builders.

A prime example of this in action was our recent three-month workshop series hosted with the inQUBE University Entrepreneurship Incubator for nearly 100 students from V High School (V LO) in Wrocław.

Marcin Kępa, Investment Manager at 24Ventures, teamed up with ecosystem peers—Aleksandra Koperczak and Mateusz Gleń (Lowercap), alongside Filip Bogdziun (Hard2beat)—to guide students through the fundamental mechanics of venture creation:

Problem Validation: Transforming everyday observations into scalable business opportunities.
MVP Architecture: Learning how to define, build, and test a Minimum Viable Product.
Investor Relations & Pitching: Understanding what VCs look for, navigating terms, and pitching ideas effectively.

The program concluded with live pitch sessions where students presented impressive concepts—ranging from e-sports infrastructure to social connectivity tools—proving that high schoolers are more than ready to tackle complex tech problems.
